Charitable Gaming Rules & Regulations
Charitable Gaming is a division of the Michigan Lottery, which is a bureau of the State of Michigan. Charitable Gaming is responsible for the licensing, oversight, and regulation of the charitable gaming industry in the State of Michigan.
Act
The Traxler-McCauley Bingo Act was originally passed in 1972, and has been amended since that time. This statute provides for charitable gaming fundraising by nonprofit organizations, and the licensing of suppliers and bingo halls.
